About Legacy Village of Cleveland

Situated at 2255 Candies Lane on the site of the former Rolling Hills Golf Course, Legacy Village of Cleveland opened in fall 2018 and features 39 spacious assisted living suites and 32 memory care apartments in a dedicated memory care wing known as The Harbor. The assisted living wing offers the choice of large studio, one and two-bedroom apartments while the memory care wing offers studio, companion and one-bedroom suites.


Within Legacy Village is the Harbor memory care neighborhood, which is the result of years of planning and development with notable experts and researchers in the field of memory loss. As a result of those efforts, the overall theme, design, colors, furniture, and common areas all reflect a 1950’s theme to remind residents of happier times. The apartment suites are configured especially for those with memory loss. Also, a series of local nostalgic pictures, when available, are located throughout the facility.


Legacy Village of Cleveland offers a chapel, library, exercise room, attractive activities room, spacious lobby with a fireplace and beautiful views of the rolling hills.
