Sierra Cannon

Executive Director

Sierra Cannon has been serving as Executive Director at Legacy Village of Cleveland since July 2025. With over 10 years of experience in the senior living industry, Sierra is fiercely passionate about providing excellent service and care for her residents.

Having graduated from Lee University with a degree in Psychology, Sierra initially planned on pursuing a career in counseling. However, she took a position at a senior living community as a Sales Associate and immediately fell in love with the senior living industry. In 2020, she was promoted to Executive Director, and once again promoted in 2024 to Regional Sales Director prior to joining the team at Legacy Village.

Born and raised in Cleveland, Sierra, her husband, Zach, and beagle, Moose, love spending time with both of their big families. She her favorite title is being “Aunt C” to her nephews and nieces. Being a musical family, Sierra and her family love to put on special performances for residents. She also enjoys painting and drawing, gardening and living out the gospel to the best of her ability.
