Logan Manning

Executive Director

Logan Manning became Executive Director at Legacy Village of Cleveland in February 2026, but his journey with Legacy Village began in 2018 when he took a position in Dining Services while he completed his degree in Healthcare Administration from Lee University. Upon graduation and with a curiosity about what drives the senior living industry, Logan intentionally sought out hands-on experience across each department in assisted living and memory care communities. He served in a number of positions which included Sales Director, HR Representative and Community Relations Director among others. In 2023, he returned to Legacy Village as the Director of Sales and Marketing. Logan was later promoted to Area Director of Sales and Marketing in September 2025 before transitioning into the position of Executive Director. As Executive Director, he seeks to bring intentional leadership that fosters a community defined by respect, honor and dignity for Legacy Village’s residents.

A Cleveland native, Logan is glad to be serving the seniors of his hometown. When he is not at work, Logan enjoys spending time with his wife, Montana, daughter, Blakely, and dog, Maggie. Logan is an avid runner and has been known to win the occasional 5k race. He also loves fishing, but he is happy with just about any outdoor activity.
