Legacy Village of Cleveland Promotes Logan Manning to Executive Director

Cleveland, Tenn. (March 2026) — Legacy Village of Cleveland is excited to announce the promotion of Logan Manning to Executive Director. With over 11 years of experience in senior living, Manning has held numerous positions in senior living communities. With his multi-faceted understanding of daily operations, Manning seeks to bring intentional leadership that fosters a community defined by respect, honor and dignity for Legacy Village of Cleveland’s residents.

Born and raised in Cleveland, Tennessee, Manning obtained his degree in Healthcare Administration from Lee University. In college, Manning found his calling for senior living while working in the culinary department at Legacy Village. Upon graduation, he began pursuing administrative roles and worked in several positions, including Maintenance Assistant, Human Resources Representative and Community Relations Director, until he joined the team at Legacy Village of Cleveland as the Director of Sales and Marketing in 2023. Manning was promoted in 2025 to Area Director of Sales and Marketing, where he supported the sales efforts for four sister communities.

“Throughout my 11 years in senior living, I have intentionally worked in every department within assisted living and memory care communities to better understand the ins and outs of the industry. My curiosity about what drives this industry led me to seek hands-on experience across all front-line roles,” states Manning. “This journey has given me a well-rounded perspective and a strong understanding of daily operations as a whole.”

“I am so excited to see Logan grow into this well-deserved promotion,” says Amber Moran, Regional Director of Operations for Legacy Village of Cleveland. “His broad experience and steady leadership have prepared him well for this responsibility, and we are confident he will continue to serve our residents and families with dedication and care.”

Logan and his wife, Montana, live in Cleveland with their daughter, Blakely, and dog, Maggie. An avid runner and fisherman, Logan enjoys any outdoor activity, but he especially loves spending time with his family.
