Welcome Legacy Cleveland's New Member!
Cleveland, Tenn. (July 2025) — Legacy Village of Cleveland is excited to welcome Sierra Cannon to the team as Executive Director. With over 10 years of experience in the senior living industry, Sierra brings with her a true passion for serving seniors, cultivating strong teams and providing a comfortable home for residents during their golden years.
Born and raised in Cleveland, Cannon graduated from Lee University with a degree in Psychology and a plan on pursuing a career in counseling. Cannon accepted a position in senior living as a sales associate and immediately fell in love with industry. In 2020, she took the position of Executive Director and was eventually promoted to Regional Sales Director in 2024.
Cannon’s goal as Executive Director is to provide excellent care and service in a joyful environment. She states, “I hope to bring a positive energy, encouraging care and a servant leadership that will make our residents feel at home and our staff empowered. To care for those who once cared for us is an honor. I am excited and humbled to serve the amazing residents and team members of Legacy Village.”

Cannon and her husband of nine years, Zach, have a beagle named Moose. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her niece and nephews. Cannon and her family can be found ministering to the residents with musical performances. She also enjoys painting, drawing and gardening in her free time.
